Everyone we encountered at the San Juan Hotel was very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to accommodate us. Loved the new bathrooms. This was our second time to stay here before a cruise and we will definitely stay again in the future.

I loved my stay at the San Juan Hotel! Everything was perfect. Claudio and Anna are wonderful and very accommodating. The property is conveniently located near Lincoln Road shops and the beach. I jogged every morning and then relaxed by the pool before hitting the beach. I will certainly return and look forward to being back in MIAMI!

Our family has been coming here for years and the friendly, above and beyond service has always brought us back. Now, with the recent renovations, there is no reason anyone should stay at any other hotel on South Beach. Just gorgeous!! And the new mattresses made it almost impossible to get out of bed in the mornings!! I just got home and am already looking forward to my next visit!
